Pool and garden area

The pool is reserved as a private pool for guests of Villa Stofero until September 2025. If Villa Stofero is not rented out, guests of Casa Saudade can of course also use the pool. From October 2025 the pool will be permanently available to all guests of Estrella Montés.

Bereits vor einigen Jahren wurde die Gasheizung auf Estrella Montés durch eine neue emissionsfreie Wärmepumpe ersetzt. Das Warmwasser der Villa Stofero und des Casa Saudade wird über Sonnenkollektoren erhitzt. Seit April 2025 ist Estrella Montés sogar energy-independent and carbon-neutral. In the garden, below the pool, there is a solar panel field with 24 collectors on the roof of a pergola. In combination with a battery system, this generates all the electricity for the estate—entirely from sunlight. 

Under the pergola, a spacious Spielbereich with a table tennis area has been created, available to all guests to have fun.
