The Villa Stofero in detail
Villa Stofero is a luxury country villa and the jewel of the Estrella Montes estate. The villa has been continuously restored over the years and has 175 sqm. Fine materials, woods, art and a very tasteful interior design characterize the unique style of the house.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, bathroom en suite and a separate shaded roof terrace, where you can wonderfully enjoy the balmy summer evenings on comfortable furniture.
On the ground floor are two more spacious bedrooms with a shared new bathroom and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Next to the entrance is the spacious dining area with open fireplace, satellite TV with all German and English language channels, hi-fi and sound system.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine are a matter of course. With a specially installed filter system, the tap water is treated and can be used carefree as tasty drinking water.
In front of the house is a covered patio with barbecue, barbecue utensils and firewood. Viewing area, hammock and outdoor shower. Here is also enough space for extensive meals.
The wonderfully refreshing freshwater private pool (8x4 m, up to 1.80 m deep), surrounded by oleanders, is at your sole disposal as is the sauna. By the pool with seating and sun loungers is also a veranda covered with canvas sails, where you can enjoy a first short breakfast, a midday snack or afternoon coffee. You can also spend the night outdoors on a comfortable outdoor bed .
The former bakehouse of the estate has been transformed into a bar redesigned, which is well equipped for cocktail mixing. Here you can also enjoy your aperitif and celebrate parties.
