The Villa Stofero in detail
Villa Stofero is a luxury country villa and the jewel of the Estrella Montes estate. The villa has been continuously restored over the years and has 175 sqm. Fine materials, woods, art and a very tasteful interior design characterize the unique style of the house.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, bathroom en suite and a separate shaded roof terrace, where you can wonderfully enjoy the balmy summer evenings on comfortable furniture.
On the ground floor are two more spacious bedrooms with a shared new bathroom. Next to it is the spacious living dining area with open fireplace, satellite TV with all German and English language channels, hi-fi and sound system.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine are a matter of course. With a specially installed filter system, the tap water is treated and can be used carefree as tasty drinking water.
In front of the house is a covered patio with barbecue, barbecue utensils and firewood. Viewing area, hammock and outdoor shower. Here is also enough space for extensive meals.
